This river pebble sand production line is mainly composed of Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Sand Making Machine, Vibrating Screen, Sand Washing Machine, Belt Conveyor and other equipment. The specific configuration is as follows:
HPT500 Hydraulic Cone Crusher: It mainly carries out secondary crushing for the materials crushed by the jaw crusher, further reduces the particle size, and effectively crushes the river pebbles in the middle crushing link to improve the production efficiency and product quality.
VSI 1263 Sand Making Machine: It is mainly used for fine crushing, and the material crushed by cone crusher is made into sand that meets the requirements.
3YZS 2460 Circular Vibrating Screen: Screening the crushed material, separating the sand with different granularity, and the unqualified material will enter the cone crusher to be crushed again until the granularity of the sand meets the requirements.

River Pebble Sand Making Production Line Customer Site

The high hardness of river pebbles will inevitably cause high loss of wear-resistant parts such as jaw plate, hammer head and impact plate. Therefore, in terms of process design, we recommend the use of crushing equipment based on the lamination principle to minimize the wear parts. The typical configuration of a lamination plant is a jaw crusher for coarse crushing and a cone crusher for medium crushing. If the customer has high requirements for sand particle size, we recommend configuring a sand making machine for fine crushing. Configuration of sand making machine will inevitably lead to higher investment cost of the project, but for the long-term planning of sand making plant, tertiary crushing is very considerable for the benefit of the later stage.
