The Philippines customer has a gold ore processing plant, the plant originally used ordinary thickener for tailings treatment, but the low concentration of the bottom stream, small capacity, resulting in a large tailings storage area and low utilization rate of return water.
After the thickener was put into use, the concentration of the bottom stream was increased from about 31% to more than 55%, and the processing capacity was also greatly increased. It not only reduces the footprint of the tailings pond, but also improves the utilization rate of the return water, reduces production costs and wastewater discharge, and thus achieves environmental protection and energy saving.
GX-15 thickener has a long middle feeding barrel and a large diameter feeding disk at the bottom, which can make the slurry feed into the thickener more uniformly and smoothly, avoiding the problems of poor local precipitation effect caused by uneven feeding, and improving the thickening efficiency.
GX-15 thickener eliminates air bubbles through the air elimination storage tank, so that the solid particles in the slurry can be better settled, thus improving the concentration of the underflow, which is conducive to the subsequent tailings treatment or resource recycling.
Whether it is fine-grained slurry or slurry containing certain viscous substances, GX-15 thickener can effectively thicken, reducing the unstable operation of the equipment due to changes in material characteristics.
GX-15 thickener has solid structure and corrosion-resistant material, which can adapt to the harsh working environment.
