Indonesia 300 Tons Per Hour Andesite Sand Production Line
Indonesia customer wants to build a 300 tons per hour andesite sand production line. After much understanding and comparative communication, the company finally chose Chunlei Machinery to provide a full set of crushing and screening equipment and a complete solution, the main equipment includes large jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher and impact sand making machine.
Equipment configuration: feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen and iron remover。
Feeder: also known as feeder, mainly used to convey materials from hopper or storage bin continuously and evenly to the undertaking equipment or transportation machinery.
Jaw crusher: commonly known as “tiger mouth”, mainly used for crushing ores and large materials, divided into coarse crushing and crushing two kinds, the width of the feed opening is greater than 600mm for large machines, 300-600mm for medium-sized, less than 300mm for small. It is especially suitable for crushing hard materials with compressive strength not more than 320MPa.
Hydraulic Cone Crusher: It is mainly used in medium and fine crushing operation, and is suitable for crushing medium and high hardness ores (such as iron ore, granite, basalt, etc.).
Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher: also known as sand making machine, mainly used for fine crushing and sand making operation, suitable for crushing materials such as construction sand, road building aggregate, metal ores, etc.
Iron remover: It is used to remove the ferromagnetic impurities in the materials and protect the downstream equipment (e.g. crusher, grinder) from damage.
