Composite sand making machine adopts the principle of vertical composite crushing, combining the impact, extrusion and grinding of a variety of forces. Compared with the impact type sand making machine, high efficiency, high yield characteristics, composite sand making machine model is relatively small, stand-alone production capacity of 10-180 tons per hour, so the mountain weathered rock, or marl for the mechanism of sand, it is recommended that the use of this equipment, less investment, fast return.
The working principle of the roller sand making machine is the most intuitive, relying on the two opposing rotating rollers on the material extrusion crushing. However, due to the lack of impact, the sand produced by the roller sand making machine is usually high in needle and flake content, and the grading is not as ideal as the impact sand making machine, which can only meet the standard of Class II construction sand. Roller sand making machine mass production scale is limited, so it is not suitable for mass production line, of course, compared with the impact sand making machine, roller sand making machine is more energy-saving.
Large sand farms basically consider impact sand maker, medium-sized sand farms impact sand maker and composite sand maker depending on the situation, for small, family-type workshops, the roller sand maker is the superior choice.
