KYF flotation machine, also called KYF type inflatable agitation flotation machine, is an inflatable flotation machine equipment without pulp suction.
Model KYF flotation machine is a deep tank inflatable mechanical agitation flotation equipment, which adopts U-shaped tank and hollow shaft inflatable with unique impeller design, which can effectively disperse air and promote good contact between pulp and air bubbles. What Is KYF flotation machine Used For?
KYF type inflatable mechanical agitation flotation machine (mining flotation machine) is suitable for large and medium-sized ore dressing plant roughing and selecting operations, can select non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals, the size of the material into the range of 0.3 ~ 0.01mm (-0.074mm particle size content>50%).

Working Principle of KYF Flotation Machine
When the impeller of KYF type inflatable mechanical agitation flotation machine rotates, the slurry in the tank is sucked in between the impeller blades from all sides through the bottom of the tank from the lower end of the impeller. At the same time, the low-pressure air supplied by the blower enters the air distributor in the impeller cavity through the air duct, air adjustment valve and hollow spindle. Through the holes around the distributor into the impeller blades, the slurry and air in the impeller blades between the full mixing, by the impeller upper half of the periphery discharged. The discharged mineral flow moves upward diagonally, and is dispersed throughout the tank after being stabilized and oriented by the stator mounted diagonally above the periphery of the impeller.
Mineralization bubbles rise to the surface of the tank to form foam, foam self-flow to the foam tank, the pulp and then return to the impeller area for recirculation, and the other part of the tank through the wall of the circulation holes into the lower tank for re-selection.
