Working Principle of Mud and Stone Separator

Mud stone separator is used for separating materials smaller than the specified size, the screen disk adopts butterfly structure, set with evenly distributed rotor shaft, there are a number of screen disks along the axial direction of the rotor shaft, the surface of the screen disks are painted with ceramic, which has a double effect. The rotary shaft is driven to rotate by a driving device, and after the material enters the equipment, the material larger than the screen disk gap is conveyed from the top of the screen disk to the next process, and the material smaller than the screen disk gap falls into the collection belt below the gap, and is conveyed out of the equipment by the collection belt.
