What Is Tumbler Screen Used For?

Working Principle of Tumbler Screen

The working principle of shaft tumbler screen is to use the transmission shaft to transfer the power of the motor to the screen, so that the screen rotates. The material enters into the screen cylinder through the inlet, and with the rotation of the screen cylinder, the material rolls and collides on the screen plate. In this process, the materials smaller than the size of the screen holes fall through the screen holes and become the under-screen products, which are discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the back end of the drum; while the materials larger than the size of the screen holes continue to move forward inside the drum and are discharged from the discharge port at the end of the drum. Different size materials can be separated by replacing different screen plate.
