Working Principle of CLF Flotation Machine

The impeller of CLF type flotation machine adopts high specific rotation number backward tilting blade impeller, and the shape of lower blade is designed to be consistent with the flow line of slurry through the impeller blades. Weak stirring force ensures the internal circulation of the slurry along the defined channel at low impeller speed.

The slurry in the upper part flows downward through the circulation channel to the lower part of the false bottom, where it enters the impeller zone under the pressure difference between the aerated and non-aerated zones and the suction force of the impeller. Then through the lattice plate, above the lattice plate to form a suspended layer, coarse-grained minerals can be suspended above the lattice plate, the lattice plate so that coarse-grained minerals mineralization bubbles rise a short distance, so that the coarse-grained minerals in the shallow flotation state, and reduces the turbulence of the slurry in the upper area of the tank, the establishment of a stable separation zone and foam layer.
