What Is JJF flotation machine Used For?

Working Principle of JJF Flotation Machine

When JJF type mechanical stirring flotation machine is working, it generates vortex in the vertical cylinder and guide tube, and this vortex forms negative pressure, which draws air from the inlet pipe and mixes with the slurry sucked in through the guide tube in the impeller and stator area. The mixed slurry and air flow is formed by the impeller to move in tangential direction, and then converted into radial movement by the action of the stator, and evenly distributed in the flotation tank. The mineralized air bubbles rise to the foam layer and are scraped out unilaterally or bilaterally that is the foam product.
