What is XJB flotation machine?

XJB flotation machine, also known as XJB bar type flotation machine, is a self-priming mechanical stirring flotation equipment, which can effectively mix slurry, gas and chemicals, thus improving the flotation speed and efficiency.

XJB bar type flotation machine is equipped with a tab between the bottom of the tank and the bars, which plays a guiding role and can accelerate the speed of the slurry gas mixture rushing to the bottom of the tank; there is a curved stabilizer plate between the bottom of the tank and the bars, which can be moved around the tank so that it is uniformly distributed inside the tank and has a W-shaped trajectory movement.

What Is XJB flotation machine Used For?

Working Principle of XJB Flotation Machine

Rod-type working principle is mainly to use the negative pressure generated by the impeller or rod-type wheel rotation, the air from the hollow shaft inhalation, and then the flotation wheel will be divided to form tiny bubbles, and then by the impeller or the rod-type wheel strong agitation and ejection, so that the slurry and the air are fully mixed, this slurry gas mixture in the flotation wheel of the role of the inclined rod, the role of flotation chemicals (trapping agent) of the useful minerals particles, selective attachment to the air bubbles, up to the surface of the slurry, scraped by the scraper into the concentrate tank, thus completing the sorting operation. Under the action of this slurry gas mixture, the useful mineral particles by the action of flotation chemicals (trapping agent) will selectively attach to the air bubbles and float to the pulp surface, which will be scraped into the concentrate tank by the scraper, so as to complete the separation operation.

The structure of rod-type flotation machine is an inflatable agitator group composed of inclined rod wheel, cam platform, curved stabilizer plate, etc. The impeller consists of 12 inclined conical rods combined with a disk, and each rod is tilted backward at an angle of 45° in the direction opposite to the rotation of the rod wheel, and the conical angle expands outward at an angle of 15° from the top to the bottom. This design allows the linear velocity of the inclined bars to increase as they rotate downward, thus increasing the mixing action.
