What Is Shaking Table Used For?

Working Principle of Shaking Table

Ore particles are fed into the feed chute at the upper corner of the 6s shaker bed, and at the same time, transverse washing water is supplied from the feed chute, so the ore particles are stratified according to the specific gravity and particle size under the action of gravity, transverse running water impulse, inertia and friction generated by reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and transversely along the tilted bed surface. Ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan out along their respective directions of movement, and are discharged from different zones at the concentrate end and tailings side of the shaking table respectively, and are finally divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
