Shipped to Vietnam Crushing Production Line
Recently, our company officially shipped a 500-ton/hour granite crushing production line customized for a Vietnamese client. This production line is specifically designed for Vietnam’s high-hardness granite, employing a two-stage crushing process using a jaw crusher and cone crusher, adaptable to local quarry conditions, and producing high-quality building aggregate and ballast. As a professional mining equipment manufacturer in China, we have delivered over a hundred hard rock crushing lines to Southeast Asia, and this delivery further demonstrates our strength in granite crushing solutions.
Project Background
- Vietnam’s infrastructure boom: Highways, real estate, and water conservancy projects drive demand for granite aggregates.
- Customer pain points: High-hardness granite, wet season, 500t/h capacity requirement, good particle shape, wear resistance and durability.
- Reason for customization: Vietnamese granite has high hardness (Mohs 6-7), ordinary impact crushers cause significant wear, necessitating a jaw crusher + multi-cylinder cone crusher configuration.
500t/h Granite Crushing Plant Configuration
- Feeding: ZSW heavy-duty vibrating feeder → Uniform feeding, mud separation
- Coarse crushing: PE1200×1500 jaw crusher → Feed ≤1000mm, efficient and stable granite processing
- Medium and fine crushing: HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher → Dedicated to hard rock, good particle shape, wear resistance, stable 500t/h capacity
- Screening: 3YK3072 three-layer vibrating screen → Output 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm Three Specifications
- Conveying: Heavy-duty belt conveyor (800/1000mm)
